Welcome to the New Trier Facilities Scheduling (FS) System.

This Facilities Scheduling system for internal staff members only.  To sign in, please click on the red Google sign-in button and use your .nths.net account.  This will give staff members the ability to access FS as a requester and/or approver.  

We are working to make FS a highly visible, open, and single resource for scheduling facilities.  As part of the facilities request process, you will have the ability to add additional service requests for PPS, Technology, and for the Theatre Techs (Auditorium presentation support).  To help all groups manage the facilities and provide good service we ask that you make requests five (5) business days in advance.

New Trier Facilities are divided into several different buildings, location types, and the actual locations.   Classrooms are generally only available after school hours.  Many conference rooms and auditorium spaces will have an approval process and you will receive an email notification on the status from the facility approver.  For more information on rooms and approvals click here.
